Key Responsibilities
- Professional packing, loading, offloading, unpacking, and arranging of items.
- Carefully handle moving clients’ property with maximum care and security.
- Ensure every property is well arranged according to your supervisor’s and clients interest.
- Promote and market Shifters and Movers Services.
Requirements
Physical:
- Physically fit to lift and carry loaded objects
- Flexible to stand, bend, climb stairs, and work long shifts daily
- No chronic ailment
Skills and Competency
- Packing and Handling: basic skills in packing and loading, Previous experience in relocation services will be an added advantage.
- Time Management: punctual and capable of adhering to schedules.
- Property management certification or diploma will be an added advantage.
Personality & Work Ethics
- Customer-Centric: Shifters and Movers hires respectful and customer-oriented persons
- Team Player: ability to collaborate and effectively work as a team
- Attention to Detail: a person who can handle fragile and valuable items
Terms of Engagement
